The role of the Secretary is all about administration of the club. Their job is to reduce the mental and admin load of the other club officers. The Secretary can be much more useful and relevant to the club than just keeping minutes and records.

Help to maintain the Assets Register,
Any documentation help required for room bookings, equipment purchase etc.
For the Members:
Set and send calendar invites for all club meetings,
Forward any relevant information about upcoming events.
